Thank you for visiting my website www.beingvirgil.com. I am an Online, Web and Application Developer with a wide range of experience developing online applications, websites, advertising and communications material; for clients from Small Business to Large Enterprise applications.

I have worked as an Information Architect and User Experience professional and I also have skills in Graphic Design, Presentation Design, SEO/SEM, Social Media and Online Commerce.

I love open source technologies and work with the Expression Engine CMS, Magento Commerce, CodeIgniter PHP Framework, PHP/MySQL, AJAX/JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, RSS/XML, Flash and all the Adobe products. I have experience with online and offline production. I also have specialist experience in Online Media, Customer Self Service and Online Marketing.

I was born in the United Kingdom, grew up in Australia (Adelaide) and have had clients in Australia, USA, Europe, Canada and South East Asia.

I play trumpet, write and frequent the gym as my hobbies.
